Eyequila, a startup founded by students from Chulalongkorn University, was selected to exhibit at the Chulalongkorn University booth within the Thailand Pavilion (Temporary Exhibition) at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan, from October 2–7, 2025, on Yumeshima Island, Osaka, Japan.

The booth presented accessible health innovations and invited visitors to engage hands-on with the showcased technologies. Among them was Eyequila, a Digital Health & Wellness startup focused on developing eye care technology for the digital age. Their products include EyeQuest, a vision training game powered by Eye-Tracking technology designed to prevent Digital Eye Strain and myopia progression, and EyeQCheck, an AI-powered chatbot providing personalized eye health consultations.

Eyequila was co-founded by students from the Chulalongkorn University School of Integrated Innovation (ScII) and the Department of Computer Engineering, Faculty of Engineering. Representing the startup at this event were Ms. Jinjutha Sae-Ueng (CSII, BAScii 003) and Mr. Ratchanon Thanadsang (4th-year Computer Engineering student, CP49, Department of Computer Engineering, Faculty of Engineering), under the academic supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Pittipol Kantawong, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Setha Panngan, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Krerk Piromsopa.

The Chulalongkorn University booth attracted over 2,000 visitors, both Japanese and international, who participated in live demonstrations and engaged in discussions about the future development of eye health technology.

This participation reflects Chulalongkorn University's commitment to elevating student innovations and Thai startups to the global stage, aligned with the theme "Designing Future Society for Our Lives" — the official theme of Expo 2025 Osaka.
